More and more people care about their health and a sustainable way of life. Also we set off 13 years ago and converted our farm to organic agriculture.

Trust is good, control is better. As a Bioland member, we are regularly audited by an independent inspection institute.

In 2016, we were awarded with the South Tyrolean Mountain Farmers Award. Our farm counts with 102 points of difficulties as an extremely difficult to manage organic mountain farm.

We have 15 cows and deliver our organic milk to the Sterzing Dairy. Since 1 January 2017, our organic milk may be named “hay milk“.

A special feature of hay milk is, that the cows do not get silage. We are happy to tell you more about it, if you are interested.
